Kanban View in Salesforce Lists

Salesforce list views with Kanban view is a powerful feature that allows users to visualize their data in a way that is more intuitive and user-friendly. Essentially, Kanban view is a visual representation of data that displays it in the form of cards that can be dragged and dropped into different categories.

In Salesforce, list views are used to display a set of records that meet specific criteria. For example, a list view might show all open cases assigned to a particular user. With Kanban view, the same set of records can be displayed as cards that can be moved from one column to another based on their current status. For example, a card for an open case might start in the “New” column and be moved to the “In Progress” column once work has begun on it.

The benefits of using Salesforce list views with Kanban view are numerous. First, Kanban view is a more intuitive way to visualize data, making it easier for users to understand the current status of their records at a glance. Second, Kanban view allows users to easily drag and drop records from one column to another, which can help streamline workflow and improve productivity. Finally, Kanban view can be customized to match the specific needs of the user or team, allowing them to create a view that is tailored to their workflow and processes.
