Step by Step Tutorial
To create the account hierarchy the first thing you’ll need to do is head over to accounts.
Once in accounts go to the account you want to be the “child’ account and click on it.
Once in that account find the field called ‘Parent Account’ then click edit.
Search for the account you would like to be the parent account or the overarching account you’d like to hold the smaller accounts.
Then click save.
Now you can head into the related list and see that account hierarchy!
